Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Readiness Training Days

Readiness training days occur every Wednesday, unless otherwise noted. Outpatient clinics, the Main Pharmacy, and the Laboratory will open at 9:30 a.m. on Readiness Training Days. Satellite Pharmacy hours are not impacted and remain open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Inpatient operations and the Emergency Department remain open 24/7/365.

Outpatient clinics, including the main appointment line, pharmacy, and laboratory at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center are closed for Federal holidays. Inpatient operations and the Emergency Department continue 24/7/365.
