Due to mechanical issues caused by extreme summer heat, the Satellite Pharmacy drive-thru is experiencing service disruptions. Over the next several weeks, please anticipate the potential for temporary full closures of the drive-thru lanes. If drive-thru lanes are closed or experiencing delays, please park and come inside the Satellite Pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions. Inside, our Pharmacy team is ready to assist you and ensure you receive your medications safely. To minimize your time waiting and make your pharmacy visit as smooth as possible, please activate your prescriptions before you arrive.

Readiness Training Days

Readiness training days occur every Wednesday, unless otherwise noted. Outpatient services, the Main Pharmacy, and the Laboratory will open at 9:30 a.m. on Readiness Training Days. Satellite Pharmacy hours are not impacted and remain open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Inpatient operations and the Emergency Department remain open 24/7/365.

Outpatient clinics and the Satellite Pharmacy remain open with reduced staffing on Family Days. The Main Pharmacy and the Laboratory are closed.
