Hunters Medical Clinic provides routine medical care to the entire Creech Air Force Base population.
How to Make an Appointment
Flight Status Clinic
Morning: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Afternoon: Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Flight Status Clinic is for an acute illness/injury, arising within the last 72 hours, regarding Flight Status
only.
Flight Status Clinic is
not for follow-up care or PT profiles/failures. Please schedule follow-up appointment.
As a reminder, supervisors are authorized to issue 24hr quarters at their discretion. Members are encouraged to utilize the
MHS Nurse Advice Line.
Primary Care Appointments

BOMC/Flight Physical Appointments (Flyers Only)

Immunizations
Immunization services are provided Monday - Friday, noon to 3 p.m.; walk-ins available. Hunters Medical Clinic does not offer Smallpox or Varicella.
Labs
Appointments available Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. Labs can be scheduled by calling 702-404-1142. Walk-ins available for members scheduled to deploy.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy is available by appointment only Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. To make an appointment, call 702-404-1142.
Public/Occupational Health
Call 702-404-1142 to schedule.
In-Processing
Contact TRICARE at 844-866-WEST (9378) for in-processing.
Required for both flyers and non-flyers.
Note: The clinic is
closed for Training Day the second Thursday of each month, including the Flight Status Clinic.
Urgent & Emergency Care
Medical emergencies are defined as: Threats to life, limb, eye sight, chest pain, or difficulty breathing.
- Call 911 or Med Express, 702-859-9950.
- Call the Nurse Advice Line at 800-TRICARE (874-2273) if you are unsure about whether you need urgent care.
- Active duty service members are not authorized use of urgent care facilities without a referral. Referrals can be given through the Nurse Advice Line. PCMs can only place a referral if a service member is traveling outside of the local area.
- Off-base emergency rooms are authorized. Please bring all medical documentation to Hunters Medical Clinic to be added to your medical record.
Creech Flight Operational Medicine Clinic (FOMC)
Non-Flyer Access
Non-flyers with acute illnesses or injuries (sprain/strain) starting within the last 72 hours may receive a same-day appointment with an Independent Duty Medical Technician (IDMT) or Physical Therapist.
- Check-in: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Appointments will be scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Please note:
- Sick call is NOT profile/waiver clinic. If you need a profile/waiver, make an appointment with your PCM/Flt Doc/PT.
- Sick call is not necessary for 24 hours of quarters, please talk to your supervisor.
- For persistent medical problems, you will be directed to your PCM.
- You will not receive a specialty referral.
- Sick call is not for emergencies. If you have a life/limb/eyesight threatening concern, go to the nearest Emergency Room.
Prescription Pickup
Prescription pickup is available for active duty service members Tuesdays and Fridays after 2 p.m. at the Script Center, located at the Guardian Dining Facility.
