Mission

Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) aims to:

  • Identify key issues impacting health
  • Identify thoughts and/or behaviors that contribute to the issu
  • Work with you to strengthen thoughts and/or behaviors (and/or develop healthier ones!) to address the problem and maximize your health
PCBH services are available to Active Duty Service members and TRICARE Prime beneficiaries.

  • Mild substance misuse
  • Coping with chronic health concerns
  • Stress management
  • Sleep problems
  • Hypertension

  • Fatigue
 

Current Classes

All classes are located in the Family Medicine Residency (FMR) Lecture Hall, located on the first floor. All beneficiaries are welcome.

Sign-up is not required. Please bring your DoD ID with you to class.

Stress Less, Cope More Class

Learn to use thought reframing, body-based relaxation, and mindfulness to relieve stress.

Sleep Optimization Class
