Mission
Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) aims to:
- Identify key issues impacting health
- Identify thoughts and/or behaviors that contribute to the issu
- Work with you to strengthen thoughts and/or behaviors (and/or develop healthier ones!) to address the problem and maximize your health
PCBH services are available to Active Duty Service members and TRICARE Prime beneficiaries.

All classes are located in the
Family Medicine Residency (FMR) Lecture Hall, located on the first floor.

Relaxation & Mindfulness Class
Learn to use thought reframing, body-based relaxation, and mindfulness to relieve stress.
