Are you looking for a simpler way to pick up your refilled prescriptions after hours? The ScriptCenter automated pharmacy kiosk provides a safe, secure, and controlled way to pick up your refilled prescriptions at the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center Satellite Pharmacy.

Using the ScriptCenter

To request your prescriptions to be sent to the ScriptCenter using the automated refill line, dial 775-415-7872, and select option 3 for the “24/7 ScriptCenter kiosk located in the Satellite Pharmacy” as the pickup location. You can request a refill on the MHS Genesis Patient Portal and select the “Nellis AFB: Mike O’Callaghan MMC – ScriptCenter Pharmacy” as the pick-up location.

Prescriptions are loaded into the ScriptCenter at the end of each business day.

New User Enrollment with DOD ID

1. Touch the blue “Pick Up” button
2. Scan DOD ID 2D Barcode using the scanner on the bottom right
3. Create security PIN
4. Select a PIN recovery question and input answer
5. Click “Continue to my shopping cart” to deliver prescriptions

New User Enrollment without DOD ID

1. Click the blue “pick up” button
2. Click the “I don’t have DOD ID” button
3. Pick up one time using “single prescription” OR “enroll” for future use
4. To pick up using the “single prescription” option, you must have the prescription number and date of birth of the person you are picking up for.
5. To enroll, select the “Enroll” button and follow the prompts on the screen
   • NOTE:  You will need one of your prescription numbers to enroll
6. Click “Continue to my shopping cart” to deliver prescriptions

Picking Up for Someone Else

1. Login
2. From the “shopping cart” page, click “pick up for someone else”
3. Enter the prescription number and date of birth of the beneficiary you are picking up for
4. Proceed and verify your date of birth to confirm the link.
