Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Flight Medicine

We provide medical care to approximately 2,300 flyers and controllers, as well as in-flight emergency response to the busiest airfield in the Air Force.

As part of our day-to-day operations, we also support medical clearances and profiles for 10,000 personnel across two wings and 52 tenant units.

Walk-in Services

Walk-in hours:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Wednesday, 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Walk-in services:
  • Cough/cold
  • Pregnancy test
  • UTI & yeast infection testing (non-pregnant females 18-64 years)
  • Return wart treatment
  • Prescription refills
  • Provider ordered injections (B-12, DEPO, testosterone)
