Referral Management Center (RMC)
Please stop by the Referral Management Center (RMC) once your provider has entered a referral and before you depart the medical facility. This allows RMC staff to ensure the referral is visible and validate the contact information we will use to reach you.
To Schedule Referrals
For an URGENT or ASAP referral, call the RMC within three days. For a routine referral, call the RMC once 10 days have passed.
Televox is the automated calling system that is programmed to contact patients to schedule in-house referrals. If the call goes to voicemail, the automated machine will leave a message prompting you to call the RMC to schedule your specialty appointment.
