Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

How to Make an Appointment

Currently, the Optometry Clinic is open to active duty patients only. For routine eye appointments, please call the Central Appointment Line at 702-653-CARE (2273). Please call the Optometry front desk to schedule any follow-up appointments.

If you have had an eye examination within the past year and need to have an out-of-state driver's license form completed for mail renewals or need have gas mask insets ordered, you can do this on a walk-in basis. Please understand that some driver’s license renewal forms may require you to have an exam scheduled.
