To make an appointment, call 702-653-CARE (2273) during business hours.

For any care that your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, preventative, mental health, and specialty care, you will need a referral. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.

Walk-in Services

Your health is our priority--get the care you need, when you need it. If you need medical attention for a non-emergent issue, skip the wait and visit your assigned primary care clinic's walk-in hours. For more information, visit our walk-in services page.
