Pharmacy
We’re pleased to provide pharmacy services at no cost to all TRICARE beneficiaries. You can fill prescriptions from our two locations, the Main Pharmacy located at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center, or the Satellite Pharmacy, located on the main side of Nellis Air Force Base.
If you have a prescription from a TRICARE network or non-network doctor, you may fill it here, as long as it’s available. To see if your drug is available, check
TRICARE online or call us at 702-653-CARE (2273), Option 4, Option 1, Option 3. We provide up to a 90-day supply for most drugs.
TRICARE Formulary
The TRICARE Formulary is a list of generic and brand-name prescription drugs covered by TRICARE. You can search the TRICARE Formulary to:
- See how much it costs and where you can get it filled
- See if your prescription needs prior authorization
- Look up the medical necessity criteria
- Get the prior authorization and medical necessity forms for your prescription.

Prescription Costs
There is no cost for prescriptions here at Nellis Air Force Base. However, there are costs for filling prescriptions via home delivery or at network pharmacies for all non-active duty beneficiaries:
Active duty service members have a $0 copayment for covered drugs at any pharmacy.
