Nutritional Medicine

Outpatient Nutrition Clinic is available for provider-referrals and patient self-referrals.

Reasons for referral are not limited to, but may include:
  • Overweight and Obesity
  • Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, Gestational Diabetes)
  • Dyslipidemia (high cholesterol and/or triglycerides)
  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Malnutrition/significant weight loss
  • Kidney Disease
  • Eating Disorder (as adjunct therapy to mental health)
  • Gastrointestinal Disorder
  • Oncology
  • Nutrition Support (home tube feeding and/or home parenteral nutrition)
  • Food allergies and intolerances
  • High-risk pregnancy

  • In-person appointments at the outpatient nutrition clinic
  • Health Promotion Group Lifestyle Balance Program at the Warrior Fitness Center
  • Telenutrition appointments

Important Information

“The Hangar” Dining Facility is currently under construction, and is estimated to open in Spring 2022. We are currently open to meal card holders ONLY:

  • Meal-Card Holder meal times are:
  • Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Dinner: 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
